"The infrastructure you are looking at in Europe that you would like to see replicated in your community, and the European ideologies you adopt to guide you in your political alignment were cultivated and built with resource and knowledge that was stolen from colonized people.

Wealth, resource, stability, and (for some) insulation from the violence that is perpetuated (through the assumption that whiteness has more merit) is engrained in our collective culture and needs to be directly addressed, especially in 'leftist' spaces.

We have collectively been socialized to cater to whiteness, white people, white emotions, and white ideology. Divest from whiteness in your thoughts and actions every day."
