This weekend, #MitchMcConnell was drowned out by chants for him to "Retire!" during a public appearance. The 81yo Senate Leader was speaking at one of #Kentucky's largest annual events, the #FancyFarm Picnic, just days after his infamous "frozen" episode.

Personally, the shouts were beautiful music to my ears-- even better than the musical episode of #StarTrekStrangeNewWorlds. I only wish there had been more sign-carrying #Republicans joining in on the chanting. The media has been able to paint the protest as purely Democrats.

It's important to work on these races along with the main.

If your in one of these states with a vital Senate race, get involved. If your state is safe or if you're in an off year, adopt a race or two.
