The Make It Blue, Make It Pink cocktail at the Broken Spell Lounge uses Empress 1908 Butterfly Pea Gin, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, and a side of lemon juice. It starts blue, and when the lemon is poured in, it instantly turns pink. Priced at $18.00, it is the signature Sleeping Beauty themed drink at the Disneyland Hotel.

Trader Sam’s drinks can be ordered to go from the outdoor Tangaroa Terrace bar or, during busy times, through Mobile Order. Popular options include the DOLE Whip with Rum Float, standard tiki cocktails, and boxed souvenir mugs. The indoor bar closes for refurbishment March 2, 2026, but the patio stays open with the full menu.

We started with the toasted quinoa and baby kale salad with persian cucumber, dried cranberries, blueberries, almonds, and meyer lemon vinaigrette. I like kale generally, but it can be a bit rough when it's raw. Baby kale doesn't have the same roughness, and I'd love for more places to have that in salads.
