Question for my fellow crochet peeps and fiber artists: what is your favorite stitch to use for dishcloths 👀? Mine is alpine stitch 😃🧶!

Sidenote; I don't know why, but finishing a project with a border always makes me feel like a grown-up crocheter 👩‍👧↕️😂.

Also finished this dishcloth recently.

My mum asked for some knitted dishcloths, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to go through my Vogue Knitting Stitch Dictionary book and practice some of the neat patterns showcased in there. :) This one is called "Eyelet Blocks" with a garter stitch border, and an added i-cord loop for hanging.

Dishcloths 24 and 25 of 2024. I thought I was cured but no. One solid Amtrak ride and I am back on the dishcloth train. Also some crocheted flowers, not sure what I'll do with those.

Dishcloth 23 of 2024. I am definitely slowing down. Only one for weaving in day, and I've gone back to sock knitting. But I have more pink yarn and some travel.coming up, so it isn't over. Featuring pen number 2 of 2024 btw.
