This is a fair point, although I prefer to use the official #RSS feeds from each site (thank goodness they support them by and large).

But this brings up a good point, it may be useful for pulling news feeds for sites that don’t support #RSS but have #Fediverse bots, so a site like #DiscloseTV for example
