In Dublin 17% of disabled people reported cycling at least once a week, compared to 26% of ableds.

🚨 FYI disabled cyclers of Dublin:

Cycling traffic is not permitted today in Dame St/College Green (walking only).

If you can't walk your bike, you'll need to divert or else park elsewhere and make your way pedestrian-like.

(per a senior Garda I spoke with)

#CriticalMassDub - Song requests!

Hello to all our Critical Mass Dublin folk! After the success of our January '23 Critical Mass Dublin event, where the playlist included suggestions from participants, we've decided to keep a good thing going. So, we're asking *you* for your best banging tunes to add to our #CriticalMassDub playlists! Provide your song title and artist below before the last Thursday of the month, and we'll get collating. (We encourage as many up tempo tunes with solid bass lines as you can muster!) We can't make any guarantees, but we'll do our best cram as many as we can into the hour or so that we have on our monthly spin of the city. So, get submitting, and get ready to roll! - @MonthlyCycles and @IBikeDublin 🚲 🤘 🎙️🛼

"Mary Caulfield has a question for city planners and commuters: 'Can you see us?'

The 54-year-old uses a rollator, a walker fitted with wheels, to move around Dublin. When she’s out and about, she puts the walker [and her assistance dog, Scamp] into her tricycle for her daily commute."
