At some point in their life *every person* has been unable to care for themselves, has been unable to stand on their feet, has been unable to manage the rigours of life on their own, and probably will be again at some point in the future, no matter how things are right now.
Who will “determine who’s “sick enough” to be masking”? It doesn’t matter for me because I’m not sick at all, and I should still have every right to protect my health and that of others as I see fit, which is why I mask in public. As with so many things #DisabilityRightsAreHumanRights
