This is for anyone who needs to hear it.
WisLI used to live in the north east US. For a number of years I wore my computer in a vest. In the cold weather I did heat dissipation through the vest using silk organza with copper wrapped weft. The copper went from the CPU at my side across my mid and lower back. Which gets me to this - when walking home in the cold, I would routinely recompile the kernel just for the heat/warmth.
