I've been riding my #MTB and Enduro #Dirtbike way more than normal lately which has been a blast. I've significantly increased my intensity and level of difficulty which has been awesome, BUT unfortunately I think I need to take a bit of a break.
💪 My right elbow has been getting worse and worse with sharp pain, might be tennis elbow. I don't want to do the typical male crap by ignoring it and riding through the pain, best to rest and recovery.
At least I love running & hiking🚶‍♂️
