Turns out, #Madison is located on the isthmus between two lakes.

I knew that »to table (a motion)« has the exact opposite meaning in US English and non-US English:
•to set up for discussion 🚫 🇺🇸
•to remove from discussion 🇺🇸

#TIL that the US version *still* means »to put *on* a table«. I thought it ment »to take *off* the table«.
So, the 🇺🇸 image is not waving the paper around, but putting it on a side table.
