4 is my intuitive scale out of 10, meaning I could macho it out but maybe #paracetamol or a #dihydrocodeine?

Bizarre is the word as patients are asked for a *subjective* number multiple times a day, and the choice of which drug, if any, is mostly based on this. Centuries of research and nobody cracked this scientific measurement conundrum
