We have published our ANR-DATARights Policy Brief on the right of access in the Digital Omnibus. We looked at whether the goal of simplification while keeping a high level of protection was reachable with the proposed changes. We found that the Commission's proposals go against their stated goal, and proposed some of our own to try and meet them.
