Ich habe einen neuen Beitrag in meinem"digitalen Garten" gepostet. Es geht um meinen Weg von der Binnenschifffahrt hin zur Softwareentwicklerin. Wie alle posts im Garten könnte der noch besser werden, vor allem mit passenden Bildern zum Text finden, tue ich mir immer schwer. Aber es ist ein guter Anfang.

Aun es cutre y con enlaces rotos pero ya he empezado mi #digitalGarden en #neocities con #quartz los textos son mios, #NoIA aunque hay mucho copia y pega de una página a otra aun :( lo de usar el componente para música de #strudel ha sido mu complicado, la documentación de #quartz supone que sabes mucho mas de componentes que lo que yo sé, que ando todo el día con código legacy y aun lo de pause / play va regular, la css tampoco es gran cosa...

Hi all, I've just moved to social.lol from a self-hosted instance, so it's time
for an updated #introduction

One of my big passions is writing: I have a personal website @
https://kedara.eu where I #blog, tend a #DigitalGarden and web weave a #wiki ,
and try to contribute to the #Indieweb #smallweb communities.

I'm very much into #yoga and #meditation and everything related to that. I'm
trying to learn #Sanskrit because its a beautiful language and also in order to
be able to read text like the #BhagavadGita #Upanishads #YogaSutras
#BhagavataPurana which greatly inspire me.

I'm from the #Netherlands and work in #science in the field of outdoor
#AirQuality I may occasionally share something about that, but this is not a
work account (and any opinions are my own).

I love #photography and am slowly getting back into #AnalogPhotography again,
mostly related to #nature #weather #clouds #trees and other beautiful moments,
people and things. I love the #forest, I'm grateful to live at the edge of the
beautiful #Veluwe nature area.

Unfortunately I'm operating at half power thanks to #LongCovid since Feb. '22,
so some of my hobbies are in "partial maintenance mode".

Una expresión del cansancio que tenían mis pies caminando horas para cursar dos universidades y mantener otras cosas externas a ellas. Estaba a punto de colapsar en esos meses.

Really interesting! I was a bit lost (and still am) between a blog and a digital garden, whether to build one site or two, but this hybrid approach feels like a good middle ground for me. If you have any suggestions, I’m all ears.

I just put out v1.3.0 of my #DigitalGarden plugin for #WordPress. I feel like it's at the point that someone can install it on their site, and have a page and template for bi-directional note keeping with no additional setup needed.

If anyone tries it out, please lmk!
