๐ First CNC-milled rotor blades are here!
A big moment for the project: we successfully milled our rotor blades with CNC for the first time at TMDC.
This is a major step for improving precision, repeatability and easier replication.
The blades capture the wind and transfer its energy into rotational movement โ so their geometry matters a lot for performance.

Weโve successfully improved our vacuum infusion process for casting the stator โ a huge step toward making production more reliable and replicable.
The stator is where electricity is generated โ it sits between the magnetic rotor discs and transforms rotation into power.
