Secondo HRANA, al 31° giorno dall’inizio delle proteste si registrano 6.221 morti confermati, tra cui 5.858 manifestanti e 100 minori. Gli arresti salgono a 42.324, i feriti gravi a 11.017. Documentati 261 casi di confessioni forzate e proteste in 201 città di 31 province. Prosegue la repressione, il controllo delle comunicazioni e la pressione sul personale sanitario.

Tra questi, 5.777 erano manifestanti, 86 minori di 18 anni, 214 appartenenti alle forze governative e 49 civili non coinvolti nelle proteste. Sono inoltre in corso di verifica 17.091 casi di decessi.
