I caught Covid somewhere between Toronto and Iceland almost a year ago. Have had a lingering cough and unpredictable bouts of exhaustion ever since. Have been building up my endurance with long morning walks no matter the weather.
Today I did over 10km. Felt fine. Went for follow-up breathing tests ordered by my doctor. The breathing tests knocked me right on my ass.
So, from now on, more walking and less breathing.
