“Diabloceratops!”
This piece was almost completely done on impulse! It was mostly used as to test the #Posca brush marker, so I could get some thinner lines for smaller details!
But I think next time, I might need to seal the lines before #painting. You find holes in the lines if you breathe on it wrong. 😂

Originally collected in 2002 by Don DeBlieux, in Kane County Utah.
A possible second specimen was found in '98 by Joshua A Smith, in the same formation, but it has features more derived than the fossil found by Don DeBlieux.
Due to it having accessory opening in the skull that would disappear in more derived ceratopsians, its believed that Diabloceratops might sit outside of the Centrosaurine-Chasmosaurine split.
