So about a month before Dexter's Lab first aired, WCW was talking about Macho Man Randy Savage voicing a character in a new cartoon called "Dial M for Monkey," and TBS first aired the short in April 1996.

I wonder if the plan was originally to have two new shows, instead of one new show with short episodes and shorts such as Dial M for Monkey and Justice Friends?
