Hey, Mastodon, does anyone know if Dewey's Decimal System was being used *IN THE UK* by 1892? (or tell me how I can find out?)

ETA: I asked elsewhere, and librarians provided; per this 👇🏽, it is possible though unlikely that a small lending library in the U.K. would use Dewey that early. (pages 1, 7 of the pdf)
