Also, open weights model with 120B, i.e. reasonable on current om-prem hardware a la AMDs 395+.
Prices are also pretty ok if hosted, also: EU hostable.

Did anyone compare that thing to the above Claude model, ideally using Claude Code as control system?
I'd also be interested in on-prem reports, ideally also with one of the AMD 395+ UMA boxes.

I'm trying #Mistral #Devstral2 coding #LLM as long as it is free, with an open-source task (as I don't trust cloud models with private data and only use local ones for that).

I took quite a while, but I have it a medium difficulty task I'd say (refactoring C++ code from Botan 2 to Botan 3) and after a few iterations but zero human input, to my great unexpected satisfaction, it produced code that builds and is 75% working too (e.g. it is capable of updating sources, but not of syncing remote changes).
