I have finally sent off the chapter I have been editing since the beginning of January. Now to see if the client freaks out at the invoice (which honestly underestimates the hours spent) . . .

I want to consider taking on a developmental edit client or two.

Basic developmental edits. Read, and find continuity, time, name, and place errors.

My business account is mostly drained.

And I need to refill it work on my own writing.

I think I will use a pay what you can scale. Anything beyond 5,000 words has to be more than $10.

I prefer to read fiction, fantasy, science fiction, and nonfiction.

Romance has its own needs, and I am not suited to read, or help, romance authors.

My account was drained to replace my power chair batteries and buy a sunlamp. A partial list of my disabilities is in my profile.
