It’s been a while since I was running dev builds on my main rig. Upgrade from 22621 to 25300 is currently stalled at 64% which I think is phase 3 of the update. I’ll leave it running and then if still stuck I’ll clean install and leave feedback #windowsinsider #25300 #devchannel
