wolfkinI think I'm finally hitting the end of my #TRAKT journey. This new website UI is just awful. It literally is reducing functionality. Previously when typing reviews, I would have 40-50% of the screen real estate to be able to type. Now I have about 10%, which is insane. And it's not as if the entry box starts out at 10% and you have to manually drag and make it bigger, it's undragable, you're fixed.

Eric LawtonPackaging has two purposes.
1. To keep the content safe until you need it.
2. To give access when you need it.
Seems like poor engineering to me; either they failed to understand the requirements, or failed to meet them. Also, insufficient testing.
Edit, 3rd purpose: reusable or at least recyclable, but you didn't say if it met that one.
Ah yes, another 🦄 "groundbreaking" article on web design that tries to convince us that less is more, while simultaneously listing every design topic known to man. 🎨🌟 Because of course, nothing screams #simplicity like drowning readers in a sea of sub-menus and newsletter pop-ups. 🤦♂️
