1/ Feeling #depressed and #anxious again. I had a late night at A and E with our baby on Tuesday and didn’t get to sleep until 3am. Had a busy, productive day of housework yesterday and then crashed at 7pm. Wasn’t feeling it as soon as the alarm went off this morning. Got the kids up, did the school run, grabbed my stuff to head into town to work but decided to try and nap in the van before starting. Just lay there trying to tell myself that it was ok to rest. My brain was having none of it.

all the global #health systems are facing the same problems worldwide. the hole #system is #broken and its going to #crash slowly. dont feel ashamed for your #mentalhealth .

of course, we all face individual challenges, but there is a massive shared issue: #fear of the #future, lack of safety, and the overwhelming pressure of the entire system. we are just humans; it is natural to feel #depressed right now. it would actually be concerning if everyone felt great during such turbulent times.

Well I'm now jobless again. I contacted a local organization that helps out people with various ailments and disabilities; I'm finally at that point. Hopefully they can find me a job I can actually do. Even if the pay sucks (which it no doubt will) it'll be something.

I am wrestling with the fact that yesterday, during a race, I was one of those assholes that elbowed himself ahead of competitors. It was because of the track, the crowd, unforeseen obstacles, but still I hate myself for it. Others were rightfully angry, but I can't apologize to them, as I will never be able to find them. Sometimes I am deeply uncomfortable with the human condition, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be. #slightly #depressed #overthinking

First, the developer wrote a design document bigger than Encyclopedia Britannica
Then they made lifelong friendships with people who'd contribute dozens of hours of work for free because they're basically blood brothers now
Then they filled up 400 sketchbooks full of carefully planned and very well drawn concepts more creative than the entire Rennaissance
They also pioneered a new branch of mathematics to get the game working
