The best part is this was all supposed to be pre-cleared. They already sent a letter saying they weren't going to cover a few minor elements after the dentist checked with them. Presumably that meant the other parts were covered. Now they're going back over a month later and saying "Actually they shouldn't have x-rayed you"?
