The best part is this was all supposed to be pre-cleared. They already sent a letter saying they weren't going to cover a few minor elements after the dentist checked with them. Presumably that meant the other parts were covered. Now they're going back over a month later and saying "Actually they shouldn't have x-rayed you"? I just got a letter yesterday (somehow took a week from the printed date) for work I got done a month and a half ago, not only retroactively denying the sedation for surgery, but also the x-ray?
