roma, 24 mar. - (Adnkronos) - A giorni l'Arera convocherà le associazioni per raccogliere idee per la tutela degli utenti. Lo ha annunciato Nicola Dell'Acqua, presidente dell'Arera, l'Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente, durante ill' intervento all' assemblea dell'Associazione reseller e trader energia (Arte) a Roma. “L'Autorità sarà sempre al fianco degli operatori che operano con trasparenza e lealtà. Ma sarà altrettanto ferma nel vigilare a tutela dei consumatori”, aggiunge, sottolineando che la protezione del cliente finale “resta per noi una priorità assoluta”. L'Arera “ha un compito chiaro: regolare, con rigore e indipendenza, settori che toccano ogni giorno la vita reale delle persone”, sottolinea.
“Un impegno preciso: cittadini e imprese hanno pari dignità nella nostra azione regolatoria. Non possiamo tutelare gli uni a discapito degli altri. La buona regolazione trova il punto di equilibrio: mercati efficienti da un lato, protezione di chi si trova in posizione più debole dall'altro”.
Sulle tensioni geopolitiche Dell'Acqua osserva inoltre che “la crisi energetica del 2022 ha mostrato con brutalità quanto famiglie e imprese possano essere colpite da dinamiche di prezzo che sfuggono al controllo nazionale. Quella lezione non è stata dimenticata. E le tensioni geopolitiche degli ultimi mesi, incluse quelle legate agli approvvigionamenti e alla volatilità dei mercati internazionali, ci ricordano che la sicurezza energetica resta una questione aperta, che richiede vigilanza costante e risposte strutturali”.
