For millennia humans’ natural sleep defense was community, ie when the whole tribe sleeps at once everyone becomes an incredibly easy target for all kinds of horrible misfortune.
SO if socially unacceptable sleep hours have always felt right to you no matter how hard you try…you’re basically a community hero forced into obsolescence by modernity :)
