Agi: La Russa: "Non c'erano ragioni giuridiche per le dimissioni di Daniela"
AGI - Cosa è pesato di più a Ignazio La Russa in questa vicenda del ministro Daniela Santanchè? "Aver dovuto essere io a parlare con lei ma l'ho fatto nell'interesse sia di Daniela che del partito, perché la situazione era difficile, nel senso che non c'era alcuna ragione giuridica per le dimissioni". Lo ha detto il presidente del Senato a "Dritto e Rovescio" su Rete4.
"Lei", ha proseguito La Russa, "ha un'assoluta mancanza di condanne, addirittura sulla vicenda famosa del Covid non c'è nemmeno il rinvio a giudizio. Però la pressione delle opposizioni si era concentrata su di lei, che ha le spalle larghe. E nel momento in cui c'è stato il referendum, c'era la vicenda Delmastro, se Giorgia le chiede di dimettersi fa bene a dire 'no, voglio che me lo chiedi ufficialmente perché sia chiaro che io mi dimetto perché obbedisco a quello che ritieni opportuno". "Quindi onore e merito a Daniela per il senso di responsabilità e onore e merito a Giorgia", ha affermato La Russa.
Il presidente del Senato ha detto la sua anche sul sottosegretario alla Giustizia, Andrea Delmastro, assieme al capo di Gabinetto del dicastero di via Arenula Giusi Bartolozzi, costretto alle dimissioni: "Delmastro non ha nessun processo in corso, neanche un avviso di garanzia che io sappia, ma è capitato dentro il referendum, cioè la particolarità sta nel fatto" che, "mentre quella di Daniela è una cosa vecchia, questa c'era nei giorni del referendum, lui paga un prezzo alto, ma per una vicenda contingente".
