Clashes in Deir ez-Zor: Security Forces Injured
Clashes erupted in the village of al-Duwayr in eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside as Syrian Internal Security Forces attempted to arrest a wanted man who refused to surrender. Three security personnel were injured.
Strikes across Syria in reaction to neoliberal policies embraced by al-Sharaa and the continuing rise in cost of living. Teacher and freight truck driver strikes, port worker mobilizations, doctors and street venders organizing protests.
"With al-Sharaa’s government showing no indication that it is about to radically change its policies, and more and more people losing faith, change will need to come from below.
