O volume de 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 e chamadas de golpe dentro das empresas aumentou — e até hoje os usuários simplesmente não tinham como reportar isso pelo Teams. A Microsoft está lançando o novo recurso “𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙧 𝙪𝙢𝙖 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙖”, trazendo ao Teams exatamente o que faltava: ➡️ um jeito simples, nativo e rápido de sinalizar chamadas suspeitas diretamente pelo 𝘏𝘪𝘴𝘵ó𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘰 𝘥𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘴. E um ponto importante: 𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗼 𝗷á 𝘃𝗲𝗺 𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗽𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗿ã𝗼. Assim que chegar ao seu tenant, a opção “Reportar uma chamada” aparecerá ao lado das chamadas 1:1. Com isso, os usuários passam a poder: ✔️ reportar chamadas suspeitas ou indesejadas ✔️ enviar metadados limitados e seguros para a Microsoft e para a organização ✔️ incluir opcionalmente o motivo do reporte Os dados enviados são mínimos e focados em investigação: 📌 horário da chamada 📌 duração 📌 IDs de chamada (quando existirem) 📌 IDs de usuário do Teams Nada além do necessário — sem exposição excessiva.
