Das @freiLand feiert 10,5Jahre mit einem #Sportfest und anschließendem #Konzert.
Beim Sportfest, #FitForFreiLAND gibt es ab 11Uhr 12 verschiedenen praktische Sport-#Workshops von #Boxen und #Pilates über #MuayThai und #Capoeira, hin zu #DeepStretching und #Eskrima.
