#TodayILearned #TIL that India's Deccan Traps, one of the largest volcanic eruption sites/features on the earth, was formed by a hotspot that is still active and has trekked its way down to the western Indian Ocean, where it's created Reunion Island's Piton de la Fournaise volcano.
