Could Biden repudiate the #SCOTUS #immunity decision with an executive order? Why not clarify that "faithfully execute" includes "obey the law" rather than count on immunity for illegal or immoral actions. Executive order to define presidential policy, and let some other president try to explain why he's repealing it.
(Yes, I'm thinking of one of Dubya's signing statements that effectively negated the law he was signing.)
