★☆☆☆☆ "I had to take this step in exposing this hospital. I was admitted a week ago for my upper lip construction surgery. This was more of a cosmetic surgery and i was to be given discharge within 2 days. When i was taken to the OT, there was a tube that was supposed to be inserted from my left nostril so that i can breathe during the anesthetic state. The team sprinkled nassle spray into my nose followed by some spray into my mouth. Accidentally, the spray went into my right eye and the doctor said sorry for the same (wish he had take this seriously). After this i was operated and shifted from OT to normal ward which was a roughly 4 hrs affair. When i came to my normal state i coudnt open my right eye and felt like it has been stitched by someone. I was going through a excruciating pain in the eye to which sister gave drop in my eye. She told me my eye must have attracted some inflammatory particle (off-course me and her both were unaware of which this had happened in the first place). By the evening that day the pain got so worse i coudnt open even my left eye (which was normal) because of pain. I suddenly realized in the evening that during the OT something by mistake got sprinkled in my right eye and was not suppose to be put there. I reported this immediately to the sister there and told me "please take this seriously otherwise i will damage my eye", nonetheless she took it lightly and next day i was sent to ophthalmology dept for check up and found out i had a corneal abrasion. I suffered from this excruciating pain for more 5 freaking days and i still cant see clearly from my right eye. The team of doctors visited during my stay in the hospital and tried to persuade me to not take any action and gave me different jargon's that this may be an allergic reaction blah blah! I told the hospital management about this incident and the financial implications for something i did not sign up for. This was totally hospitals mistake and the suffering i took has to be considered before billing me the final amount. I was totally shattered to see that the hospital had the courage to even bill me for the treatment they did to my right eye and shamelessly ask to pay for it. I was discharged on 27th April, 19 and no one from the hospital management has got back to me. If such institution intends to extract money for something which is not suppose to happen in the first place then i have the right to speak freely about the misery and pain i have gone through. I will not stop until i get justice."

★☆☆☆☆ "Came for a health check up. Was impressed with the place. But that's where the impression ended. Total confusion, miscommunication between departments, long waits of 30 to 40 minutes between tests, very understaffed and a really bad experience. I would never suggest to anyone to go there for check ups. I came with high expectations but it turned out to be a nightmare. Zero on ten!! I feel really cheated. It was not worth the thousands that I paid. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM GOING THERE!!! I tried to put zero stars but it refused to post publicly, so I had to put one but pls understand the rating is below zero!"
