Well, we don't decide what the customers decide to ship, or where it goes. We don't enforce policy like that; our job is just to provide a neutral platform for others to use to accomplish their goals. We don't even know what they ship - we just build the train cars. We don't even know where Bergen-Belsen is.

The goal now is to make sure those places never get bldg inspections & occupancy certificates, and are taxed to death. The for-profit companies that own & operate them should have their business registrations & permits revoked for engaging in criminal activity.

Start with the city / county govts now to get the taxes in place - $150% of the full lease / PVA value annually for all for-profit detention centers.
