Today is 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗳 𝗗𝗮𝘆 — a time to celebrate Deaf culture, recognize the rights of Deaf people, and promote sign language access for everyone. Let’s listen with our eyes, support inclusive policies, and make our communities safe and welcoming for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆:
Learn a few signs (hello, thank you, please) and use them with Deaf friends or colleagues.
Share resources about hearing loss prevention (safe listening, workplace accommodations).
Advocate for captioning, sign language interpreters, and accessible services in schools, hospitals, and public events.
Donate or volunteer with local Deaf organizations and community groups.
Teach others why sign language is a human right and a vital tool for inclusion.
