Condamné en première instance pour association de malfaiteurs et incarcéré vingt jours avant d’être remis en liberté, l’ancien président de la République sera de nouveau jugé, à partir du 16 mars, dans l’affaire des financements libyens devant la cour d’appel de Paris. Fin du procès prévue le 3 juin.
