I've been using the journaling app Day One now for a few years, but only recently discovered the template option!
Today I created a template for my recovery so I can record day to day progress. I find that without that sort of data, one day of pain will totally wipe out any memory of days of progress.
Yesterday, the worst pain I experienced was a flash of 10/10 pain, and yet last night I was able to turn over in bed without any pain.
