While helping with an Outlook migration project, I came across a corrupted OST file that couldn't be opened normally. After testing a few recovery options, I found that converting the OST to PST was the easiest way to regain access to the mailbox data. Being able to preview emails before exporting was especially helpful.
Has anyone else dealt with orphaned or inaccessible OST files recently?
