Yes, all the readings are nominally about Data Engineering, but they tend to point out the both technical issues and the pragmatics of Data Engineering, particularly the complexity of constructing a ‘modern data stack’.

After reading about ChatGPT , I thought about what task I would put to it. Because I’m in the thick of Provenant Data, a tech startup based on source- and meta-data in combination to create a ‘talented’ reference datastore, the notion of data husbandry has been on my mind.

Why not ask ChatGPT to help me out? I signed up for an account, and had this encounter.

- I am having a devil of a time finding folks involved with #DataHusbandry (my own term that covers the care & feeding of the dataset and metadataset)
