CF Signals: Dave Mech – Berlin Seite Part 2 (Live at Oxi Berlin)

Dave Mech’s trajectory is defined by a rare combination of artistic exploration and educational commitment. Beyond his work as a producer, where he investigates the possibilities of techno, modular synthesis, and complex sonic architecture, Mech has built an influential educational platform that has helped bring advanced sound-design techniques to new generations of artists. Both aspects of his practice are connected by the same philosophy. Curiosity as method, experimentation as language, and sound as a living material in constant transformation.

His latest release on Diffuse Reality Records finds a natural home within that vision. Both artist and label share an interest in open-ended processes, conceptual depth, and forms of electronic music that prioritise exploration over immediacy. The result is a collaboration that fits seamlessly into a catalogue that has become one of the most expansive and forward-thinking archives of contemporary electronic music.

The relevance of Diffuse Reality Records within today’s landscape is built upon relentless activity and a curatorial vision capable of encompassing industrial techno, abstract ambient, and multiple forms of sonic experimentation. Beyond the sheer volume of releases, what truly distinguishes the label is the consistency of its identity. Its catalogue behaves like a constantly evolving organism, moving between mechanical tension, emotional density, and abstraction without ever losing coherence.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfs-dave-mech-berlin-seite-part-2-drea027

Berlin Seite emerges from an idea that is both simple and demanding. To capture the energy of a live techno performance without altering what happens between the machines, the artist, and the dancefloor. The ten tracks of the digital edition and the four selections chosen for the vinyl EP were recorded directly from real performances, preserving the imperfections, fluctuations, and tensions that are often removed during later stages of editing. Rather than documenting a live set, the project seeks to preserve a collective state of connection in its most immediate form.

Within that journey, Berlin Seite Pt. 2 stands out through a particularly immersive quality. From the opening moments, a persistent drone fills the space and slowly expands around the listener. High frequencies arrive charged with intensity while retaining an unexpected warmth. The track unfolds like a hypnotic techno drill, continuously modulating its own aggression in order to sustain tension rather than release it. Sounds organise themselves into circuits that fold and expand repeatedly, creating an enveloping architecture where movement ceases to feel linear and instead becomes a self-contained reality. This is where the track reveals its greatest strength. Not through immediate impact, but through its ability to construct an environment that gradually absorbs perception itself.

CF Signals: 42 – Event Horizon [Sonic Perception]

‘Dhāraṇā’ is the Sonic Perception label’s upcoming original compilation, conceived around the idea of focus, sustained attention, and concentrated expression. More than a conventional Various Artists release, the project operates as a space of convergence where each producer develops a personal voice while remaining connected to a larger collective flow. The listening experience unfolds like an extended state of attention: rhythms stretching through time, textures reshaping perception from within, and atmospheres turning space itself into something dense, fluid, and constantly shifting.

The compilation brings together 17 producers from India’s underground electronic circuit, constructing a shared narrative rooted in deep, hypnotic, and highly textural electronic music. Each contribution introduces a distinct approach to groove, spatiality, and sonic architecture, yet all remain linked through the same immersive logic. There is no search for immediate impact here — only the patient construction of tension, depth, and perceptual continuity.

In many ways, the release also reflects the current state of India’s electronic underground: a scene expanding without sacrificing complexity, capable of sustaining adventurous and emotionally precise work while remaining fully connected to the dancefloor. The label’s curation succeeds precisely because it transforms diversity into a common language, allowing every track to breathe independently while reinforcing the larger architecture of the compilation.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2025/03/27/cfp-engram-debris-sonic-perception/

So far, ‘Dhāraṇā’ stands as the label’s most ambitious project, both conceptually and sonically. That careful curation becomes evident not only in the artist selection, but in the way the release manages energy, density, and movement across its full duration. The compilation never feels like a collection of isolated tracks, but rather like a living system of shared resonances.

One of those seventeen producers is 42, based in Mumbai, who contributes “Event Horizon”, arguably one of the most intriguing moments within the release. The track unfolds through a sound that feels fearless and agile while remaining strangely fresh, as though crossing electric savannahs suspended somewhere between physical deserts and digital underworlds. Percussion advances with controlled precision while luminous sequences and metallic textures gradually reorganize the space into increasingly deeper layers.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfs-42-event-horizon-spvs002

The resulting duality becomes especially powerful: heat and coldness, organic matter and synthetic architecture, physical propulsion and mental drift coexisting inside the same sonic current. The track feels as though it is moving simultaneously toward the future and toward a forgotten electronic memory, constructing a landscape where the human and the machinic can no longer be clearly separated.

Within that tension lies the true strength of “Event Horizon.” Not through excess, but through meticulous control over its internal movement. Everything remains in constant mutation: grooves folding into themselves, textures breathing slowly, and frequencies opening microscopic fractures inside perception. The result is a hypnotic and expansive piece that confirms 42’s ability to transform rhythmic pressure into deeply layered sensory experience.

CF Signals: Procombo – Evil Talisman [Illegal Alien Records]

Procombo belongs to that lineage of producers who understand techno as an architecture of sustained pressure. From Istanbul, he has built a strong trajectory across some of the most respected labels in contemporary techno — CLR, Rekids, Truncate, MindTrip, Second State, Tronic, Planet Rhythm — shaping a language where groove operates as both physical propulsion and psychological control. There is no unnecessary excess in his sound; every layer serves tension, direction, and endurance. Even in its most restrained moments, the music keeps pushing against perception from within.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2026/05/03/cfp-shaun-moses-aardy-noah-iar397/

Now he arrives for the first time on Illegal Alien Records with ‘Evil Talisman’, a four-track EP that feels perfectly aligned with the long-standing identity of the Mexican label. The connection makes immediate sense: both artist and platform share a vision of techno rooted in rhythmic depth, refined rawness, and an acute understanding of warehouse space. There is no reliance on nostalgia or empty impact here — only disciplined sound design, progressive structural movement, and a sharp awareness of how repetition reshapes the body on the dancefloor.

The title track emerges instantly as a groove-heavy rhythmic hammer charged with industrial electricity, striking directly at the center of the floor. Percussion lands with tectonic force while metallic sequences and hypnotic layers expand around the low-end, generating a constant sense of pressure that seems to bend the surrounding space. The warehouse stops functioning merely as architecture and becomes a mental resonance chamber, where each repetition opens new perceptual fractures.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfs-procombo-evil-talisman-iarltds010

As the track evolves, the sound enters a state of controlled combustion. Loops begin to crackle, frequencies tighten, and the groove develops an almost gravitational pull, as if the body were gradually surrendering its autonomy to the relentless motion of the machine. Stardust suspended above damp concrete, Rosen–Einstein bridges unfolding across the dancefloor, industrial flashes cutting through darkness — Procombo’s sonic narrative operates precisely within that threshold where techno ceases to function only as rhythm and starts behaving like expanding physical matter.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2026/03/28/cfp-rethe-lessons-from-the-underworld-iarltd009/

With ‘Evil Talisman’, Procombo not only makes his debut on Illegal Alien Records, but also reinforces a mature and disciplined vision of contemporary techno where power, precision, and immersion coexist within the same structure. A release designed for massive sound systems, dark rooms, and bodies willing to disappear inside repetition.

CF Signals: BULAH – Full Moon [ITMV]

At a moment when much of hypnotic techno feels trapped between functional overload and endlessly recycled formulas, ITMV continues to assert a very clear vision: pressure, depth, and absolute control of sonic space. The label operates through a deeply physical relationship with rhythm and with the format itself, treating vinyl not simply as a medium, but as an extension of the listening experience. Every release becomes an architecture of tension designed for dark sound systems, moving bodies, and prolonged states of immersion.

Within that framework emerges BULAH, one of the most refined and carefully sculpted projects currently moving through the hypnotic techno circuit. His approach is rooted in restraint and microscopic detail: minimal grooves, low frequencies charged with intention, and subtle modulations that slowly reshape the perception of space. Rather than chasing immediate impact, his tracks behave like subterranean currents, gradually transforming the atmosphere until the listener is pulled into a state that feels simultaneously meditative and intensely physical.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2026/01/12/cfp-bulah-phantomas-wl19/

His debut on ITMV perfectly reinforces that sensibility. The release unfolds through controlled repetition, intricate layering, and an exceptional command of internal dynamics. Every variation initially feels almost imperceptible until the body realizes it has already been completely absorbed by the track’s gravitational flow. Intensity here does not emerge through explosion, but through the silent accumulation of pressure, like tectonic movement slowly reorganizing the room from underneath.

“Full Moon,” the closing piece of the release, pushes that logic toward one of its most accomplished moments. The track advances with metallic and electrical force while never collapsing into excess; everything remains disciplined within an elegant, hypnotic, and perfectly calibrated structure. The low-end behaves like a gravitational engine while upper layers expand outward in continuous orbital motion. The sound does not simply strike — it surrounds, conditions, and gradually alters the listener’s perception of time itself.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfp-bulah-full-moon-itmv

Its most fascinating moments arrive precisely when the track appears to empty out. Valleys of relative silence emerge between peaks of tension, revealing that intensity is not dependent on saturation alone, but on the ability to sustain expectation and suspension. Calm and rhythmic violence stop functioning as opposites and instead become the same force operating at different states of density. That is where BULAH reaches one of the most sophisticated dimensions of his language: a form of techno that never needs exaggeration to completely dominate the space around it.

“Full Moon” does not end the EP like a conclusion. It closes more like a lingering expansion — a residual frequency suspended in the air of an empty warehouse moments before the machinery comes alive again.

CF Signals: Azogiař – Sound Vision [Signal Rec]

Among the new generation of Colombian producers who understand techno not merely as a functional club tool but as a precise construction of tension and perception, Azogiař has quickly emerged as one of the most consistent names. The project of Víctor Raigoza — born in Cali, raised in Roldanillo, and currently based in Burgos, Spain — develops an identity grounded in rhythmic architecture, progressive hypnosis, and a deep connection to the physical experience of the dancefloor.

From his earliest encounters with the Colombian electronic scene in 2014 to the more consolidated sonic language he began shaping around 2020, Azogiař has steadily refined a sound where technical precision never overshadows emotional intensity. His productions operate through immersive atmospheres, sharpened synthesizers, and constantly evolving percussive modulations, creating tracks that feel compact yet endlessly dynamic. Every element seems designed to remain in motion even when the groove itself appears stable.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2026/04/27/cfp-oscyle-soledad-efimera-sgn066/

Now arriving on Signal with “Poetas Violentos,” a four-track EP fully oriented toward the dancefloor while carefully avoiding empty functionality, Azogiař unfolds rolling basslines, tense grooves, and tool-ish structures that evolve through subtle internal shifts. Rather than relying on immediate explosions, the release works through gradual accumulations of pressure and depth. Techno becomes here a language of intelligent repetition, where each variation silently reshapes the perception of both space and body.

The release closes with “Sound Vision,” our favorite moment of the EP and perhaps the track where the project’s conceptual core becomes clearest. Even its title already suggests a central idea: sound understood not merely as frequency, but as a mechanism capable of reorganizing perception itself. And that is precisely what the track accomplishes.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfs-azogiar-sound-vision-sgn067

From the very beginning, the piece feels immersive, calibrated, and deeply absorbing. The groove does not burst into the room; it slowly infiltrates perception until it occupies the entire sensory field. Velvet-like hypnotic tones drift above delicate percussive hammers that, rather than overwhelming the mix, deepen the trance even further. There is a strange elegance in the way the track administers its own force: everything hits, yet nothing loses refinement.

As it progresses, “Sound Vision” transforms the dancefloor into a suspended chamber somewhere between delirium and absolute control. Reality itself begins folding around repetition, while the sonic layers generate subtle temporal fractures that alter the relationship between body, rhythm, and perception. Azogiař understands something very few producers truly master: the real power of hypnotic techno does not come from constant aggression, but from the ability to slowly absorb the listener until it becomes impossible to tell where the sound ends and where the body begins.

CF Signals: Nicko Shuo & Yuri Shevrakov – CI [Linee Sonore]

The lines of sound grow denser, heavier, and increasingly pressurized. Linee Sonore unveils ‘Kontur’, the new release by Nicko Shuo, an exploration where rhythmic geometry is pushed into a deeply physical and immersive state. Rather than using repetition as a purely functional device, the EP treats it as a mechanism of perceptual modulation: every loop, displacement, and subtle variation slowly reshapes the relationship between body, space, and time inside the dancefloor.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2026/05/09/cfs-nicko-shuo-rejectiondvtr137/

Built around a rigorous 4/4 techno structure, the release unfolds through compact, persistent grooves where percussion becomes the gravitational core of the entire journey. Kicks move like blocks of wet concrete, while metallic hi-hats and tense sequences expand a continuous sensation of controlled pressure. The sound never fully erupts — it compresses. And much of its force emerges precisely from that restraint. Energy remains suspended in a constant state of imminence, as if every measure were about to collapse without ever completely breaking apart.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfs-nicko-shuo-ys-ci-ls012

Throughout the EP, Nicko Shuo develops a sonic architecture designed for demanding sound systems and extended club contexts. Layers accumulate gradually until they form dense, rugged surfaces that never remain static, constantly mutating from within. There is something almost mechanical in the way the elements interlock, yet the music never loses its organic and physical dimension. Techno here behaves like a hypnotic machine capable of absorbing perception until nothing remains but rhythm itself.

One of the central moments of the release arrives through the collaboration with Yuri Shevrakov, where the project pushes even deeper into movement, tension, and internal transformation. Together, both artists construct a precise interaction between repetition, progression, and spatial expansion, leading the EP toward a territory of greater textural density and immersive depth. The groove maintains a firm and steady pulse, yet always knows exactly when to shift direction, destabilize its own structure, or subtly alter its path in order to intensify the trance.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2024/08/18/cfp-unusual-dreamcatcher-ls004/

The collaboration avoids obvious climaxes or immediate impact. Its strength emerges through meticulous energy control, through tiny shifts that gradually alter the listener’s mental flow. Progressive hypnosis — physical, immersive, and deeply sensory — where every variation feels like the opening of another hidden chamber inside the same sonic structure.

Amid sequences that unfold like industrial corridors illuminated by cold neon light, “Kontur” ultimately reveals itself as something beyond functional club techno. The EP becomes an exploration of pressure, repetition, and perceptual endurance — a space where the body stops following the rhythm and slowly begins to be shaped by it instead.

CF Signals: Enzo Mosconi – Black Emperor [Ecstasy State]

Based in Paris, Enzo Mosconi approaches techno through a fusion of technical precision and atmospheric construction that feels almost architectural in nature. An audio engineer, sound designer, and producer with a background in classical music, Mosconi treats hardware not as a supporting tool, but as the physical core of his creative language. Every texture, modulation, and sequence appears governed by meticulous calculation while still carrying an undercurrent of emotional tension.

His sonic universe draws heavily from dystopian science fiction, shaping environments where electronic matter acquires near-structural density. There is no ornamental excess in his sound; everything operates through control, repetition, and carefully measured progression. That vision now expands further through Ecstasy State with Atonal District, a release that deepens his hypnotic and cerebral interpretation of contemporary techno through analog synthesis, rhythmic pressure, and constant forward motion.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2026/04/30/cfp-carara-narcotics-ecsy070/

Across four original productions, the EP develops a narrative sustained by tense grooves, evolving low-end movement, and rigorously organized structures. Energy never explodes instantly; instead, it accumulates slowly until it fully occupies the surrounding space. Intensity here is built from microscopic detail, from subtle transformations that gradually reshape perception and generate a continuous sensation of physical and mental displacement.

Atonal District reinforces Mosconi’s understanding of techno as a form of high-precision sonic engineering. Hardware-driven processes define not only the release’s texture, but also its internal architecture: layers breathing against one another, sequences continuously reorganizing themselves, and low frequencies functioning like gravitational currents beneath the entire structure. The result is a sound that feels clean, functional, and deeply immersive — designed for demanding sound systems and long-form dancefloor experiences.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfs-enzo-mosconi-black-emperor-ecsy071

“Black Emperor,” the opening track of the release, immediately establishes that logic. From its opening moments, the piece advances with almost ceremonial authority: constant pulses, suspended tension, and a latent calmness that never fully abandons its underlying threat. The sonic texture soon expands toward post-apocalyptic and intergalactic landscapes, as though the track were moving through futuristic ruins illuminated only by metallic frequencies and electrical flashes.

Yet its most striking quality lies in the way the track gradually takes flight. Without abrupt ruptures or unnecessary theatrics, the sound begins lifting itself with extraordinary clarity, allowing each layer to occupy its own precise space inside the mix. Hypnosis and clarity stop behaving as opposites and instead become part of the same propulsion mechanism. The result is a form of techno that does not merely pressure the body, but slowly alters the listener’s perception of the environment itself, transforming the dancefloor into a suspended territory somewhere between machinery, emptiness, and perpetual motion.

CF Signals: Teseracto – Obra Negra [電光 Denkō Recordings]

Within the Latin American circuit of hypnotic and deep techno, Teseracto has steadily built a presence grounded in tension, precision, and a deeply physical understanding of sound. The Colombian DJ and producer from Popayán has been developing the project since 2018, moving through local dancefloors alongside figures such as Ricardo Garduno, Jonas Kopp, Marika Rossa, Camea, Shlomi Aber, and several key artists from Colombia’s contemporary electronic scene. Beyond the names themselves, what truly matters is how that trajectory has shaped a sonic identity focused on structural depth, rhythmic pressure, and atmospheric control.

https://clubfuries.com.mx/2025/12/22/cfp-nordbass-orden-y-caos-dnk008/

Now arriving on 電光 Denkō Recordings with “Obra Negra,” a four-track EP, Teseracto presents a release where techno operates like architecture in constant construction. Atmospheric layers intertwine with solid, sharply defined kick drums, generating dense structures that evolve without ever losing clarity or direction. There is a continuous sensation of controlled immersion, as if every sonic element had been carefully designed to act simultaneously on both body and perception. This goes beyond merely being about intensity. It is about turning intensity itself into hypnosis.

.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfs-teseracto-obra-negra-dnk012

The title track emerges immediately as a machine of sustained pressure. Thick, heavily electrified sonic rotors carry enormous amounts of density and effervescence without ever compromising the internal balance of the track. Everything moves with the sensation of contained power, like a reactor operating at maximum capacity under absolute control. The low-end strikes with force while the upper layers spread metallic vibrations that gradually occupy every corner of the mix.

What makes the track particularly compelling is its refusal to collapse into excess despite its sheer force. Energy accumulates progressively, yet always modulated through precise transitions and surgical sound design that knows exactly when to push forward and when to pull back. The texture itself becomes a form of living tension — compact, immersive, and capable of transforming the dancefloor into a suspended physical and mental space. With “Obra Negra,” Teseracto is not trying to saturate the room; he is trying to command it.

CF Signals: Røter Dämon – Noise Groove [ KEEP IT RAW. ]

Røter Dämon builds a sonic language driven by tension, physical intensity, and emotional pressure. Moving through hypnotic techno, industrial textures, mental techno, and hard-edged structures, the project develops a sound where rhythm operates not only as dancefloor propulsion, but as a perceptual force in itself. Every sequence feels engineered to distort the relationship between body and space, privileging immersion, repetition, and emotional impact over predictable progression. Loops mutate slowly, frequencies destabilize the atmosphere, and textures behave like living matter circulating through the system.

On its more introspective side, the project unfolds through deep grooves, organic sequencing, and enveloping layers that guide the listener toward trance-like states. Subtlety and force remain in constant balance, allowing the music to move simultaneously through mental and physical dimensions. Yet when the surface hardens, industrial atmospheres, oppressive percussion, and abrasive structures emerge, transforming the dancefloor into a zone of sustained friction. This is techno that doesn’t simply move the body — it consumes it.

Now, Keep It Raw, the label focused on percussive, hypnotic, groove-driven techno, unveils its fourth official release: ‘Ritmo y Destino’. After the stylistic breadth of its first Various Artists compilation, the label pushes deeper into a harsher and more concentrated direction. The EP combines two original tracks by Røter Dämon with remixes from key figures within the Colombian techno scene, reinforcing a sonic identity rooted in warehouse pressure, industrial density, and refined rhythmic control.

https://soundcloud.com/clubfuriess/cfs-roter-damon-noise-groove-kir004

Within that framework, “Noise Groove” operates as a mediation of noise through groove itself. The harshest and most abrasive elements of techno are reshaped through hypnotic pulsations that do not soften the violence of the track, but instead deepen and refine it. Like a bulldozer wrapped in black velvet, the track destroys and seduces simultaneously.

That duality remains active throughout the entire progression: industrial hammering and suspended hypnosis; abrasion and magnetism; mechanical brutality and dark sensuality coexisting within the same current. The sound strikes with overwhelming physical force while gradually enveloping perception until resistance dissolves into repetition. At some point, the body stops fighting the rhythm and starts belonging to it.

More than a functional club tool, “Noise Groove” behaves like a mechanism of sensory absorption. A dense, metallic, deeply hypnotic techno roller that collapses the distance between mind, flesh, and machine, leaving behind only sustained tension, sweat, and residual electricity.
