Find Me

Sounds of whispers in the amber breeze,
tiny pin needles prick your skin
yet nothing bleeds.

Wrapped in a blanket woven by frozen hands,
with tiny footprints threading through echoing trees.
A home sits silently as shadows dance without form,
and ravens scream.

Scavengers looking to eat, stomachs rumble and everyone
watches but none really see.
Night crawls near falling fast to sleep,
in dreams you find me
