Dr HThe underside of the Raider gunship is painted blue to camouflage the (otherwise quite visible) aircraft from the ground.
The wings are adorned with weapons as with the helicopter gunships I took inspiration from.
The inspiration also led to the addition of an under-nose camera pod for tracking targets and the like.

I added the large keel to do away with any flight stand and then the basing invoved it digging into the ground to show an aggressive nature.
I ran wires to the additional tech' and weapons to show that they are "additions" and non-standard for the craft.

Raider gunship.
Heavily modified Dark Eldar Raider for my personal army/collection.
The aim was to turn this into more of an attack helicopter gunship-like craft.
Additions include:
Adding an old-school Raider front end to a new body.
A more "science-y" power supply.
Wings for additional weapons.
and a crew of a goblin, Tyranid ripper and Space Wolf marine.

Dark Eldar Wych.
Another miniature painted for a friendly contest.
The theme was based on Sin City, where you have all monotone with one spot colour.
I reposed this wych, gave her a second blade and then decided on fiery hair as the spot colour.
I put a lot of effort into subtle shading across the whole model, and it doesn't really show in the photos.
