I've been sounding like I'm beating a dead horse here, but Nebraska's US Senate race is going to be the surprise of the year.

First poll not from one of the two candidates in a LONG time finally dropped.

Do not sleep on this race.

It's going to come down to ground game and, I have no idea what kind of game EITHER candidate has.

I've been saying for a WHILE that people keep sleeping on the Nebraska US Senate race where an independent union steamfitter and leader in the Kellogg's Workers Strike a few years back (Dan Osborn), is challenging incumbent Republican US Senator Deb Fischer. As a pro-choice, pro-union, pro-gun Independent. All while an abortion referendum is on the ballot in Nebraska and looks like it could win.
