Background: The boat on this picture is 150 years old and said to be Germany's oldest serviceable steamboat (name is "St. Georg"). When finding a problem with her hull which needed to be fixed quickly none of the usual dockyards was available on short notice. So they created an impromptu dock in the middle of a residential area at a canal. Which looks a bit weird. And interesting.
