If you're ever craving that personal pan frozen microwave pizza you may or may not have eaten at school but can't eat gluten, Daiya's dairy-free oat cream-based cheese gluten-free pizza tastes exactly the same and has (mostly) the same consistency if you cook it at 420โฐF for 22 minutes and add a good amount of dairy mozzarella cheese on top. It's not my favorite gluten-free frozen pizza, but it fills the gap and takes me back.
