Consumable Magic Item
Spend a Hope to throw this seed at a point within Close range causing a Deeproot Defender to erupt from the ground at that point. The Defender can perform the following actions, taking root and becoming a simple tree after a success.
• Ground Slam: Make a Spellcast roll using your Spellcast Trait against all targets within Very Close range of the Defender. The Defender slams the ground and all targets that it succeeds against must mark a Stress and are pushed back to Close range.
• Grab and Pummel: Make an attack against a single target within Close range using your Spellcast Trait. On a success, pull them into Melee range and deal d8+3 physical damage using your proficiency, leaving them temporarily Restrained and Vulnerable.
