Didn't like what i saw of #TronAres so I didn't watch it at the theater but am going to buy the DVD just to complete the set.

I am in the "real time strategy" mood, currently replaying the first "Command & Conquer" yet again.
(Other games I sometimes come back to are Dune II and Warcraft 1 & 2).
Which other RTS games (that can still run on a modern system) could you recommend?
The setting does not matter much to me, but a campaign with a little story is always appreciated! 😊
I would be glad about any tips and / or boosts!

Als PC-Spiele noch in Kartonverpackungen, einer sogenannten "Big Box" verkauft wurden, lag auch immer eine Anleitung bei. Mittlerweile könnte man PC-Spiele Anleitungen als "vergessene oder verlorene Kunst" betrachten, da sie mit Verschwinden der Big Box Spiele leider auch in der Versenkung verschwunden sind.

Arcadiagt5@asherwolf.bsky.social Dunno, haven’t seen it. Did see #GoodFortune today and thought it was worthwhile. #Dune2 if you haven’t seen it yet is a stellar adaptation of the remaining half of #Dune that the first didn’t cover, and has left me looking forward to #DuneMessiah next year. :)
