Donald Trump has been criminally charged by the DOJ with the discovery of hundreds of Top Secret documents that were taken to his home. A seven-count indictment has been filed in federal court, naming Trump as a criminal defendant. The charges include illegal retention of government secrets, obstruction of justice and conspiracy, according to sources. Trump has to appear in court in Miami on Tuesday.
