@leece Well, it IS a #DND35 fork, so the fiddlyness is to be expected. From what I’ve heard over the years #DND4e went TOO far in the other direction, which is why it was so unpopular, but #DND5E seems to have struck a better (if not perfect) balance. #TTRPG #Pathfinder

Did anyone ever use the Kingdoms of Kalamar setting? Thoughts? Strengths or weaknesses?

2 years back in the DM seat for 3.5e and I feel so lost.

It occurs to me that I didn't squeeze tags into my above post, so:

#DnD35e #DnD35 #DnD3 #DnD3e #DnD3x #PF1 #PF1e #d20

Anyway, it's the kind of situation where I *would* just make up a feat, if I had a concept of what exactly a journeyman (level 3) specialist in indirect fire siege engines should have as unique expertise.

...Please hurry. My roommate's now trying to "solve the problem" with overly broad proposals to break 3.x's meta-rules. >_>;

D&D 3.5 shenanigans:

If you're a level 17+ Spell to Power Erudite needing to haul people around physically (instead of teleporting), use Polymorph Any Object on your psicrystal. It retains its fly speed of 50ft when polymorphed.

This is not optimal by any means, but it's goofy, and that's just as good!

I kind of really want to sew myself a costume for my new #DnD character that I haven't even played once yet. Is that crazy?

I wonder what underwater civilizations' names for the "animal buffs" are. There's plenty of diversity in life under the sea, so it seems like it shouldn't be hard to come up with alternate names. There's no reason why merfolk and sahuagin would name spells after land animals and inland birds, after all.

Tabletop RPG Campaign, OPEN SEAT

My current #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav campaign started in March 2024.

The campaign has ran for over a year, and has had 22 game sessions. The characters are level 3.

A player dropped out recently. I'm left with three regular players and one intermittent player (and myself, the GM). Looking to fill the open seat with another regular player.

Any #CharlestonWV locals interested?
